We believe:

Our political system is broken and does not represent the moderate, sensible center. We centrists have little voice in our two party system. As such, we believe the time has come for a new movement, a new political organization, which strives to represent the sensible, centrist perspective.

We recognize that it sounds quite presumptuous to claim that our perspective is so popular, or that we represent a majority of voters. And perhaps we are wrong. But we do believe we represent a plurality in the center, and that many of us feel alienated from our existing political parties because they cater to their extremes rather than to us.
